Tasty weeknight meal

As we head into the colder months I wanted to share a favorite and simple recipe for brasied beef in red wine. It takes no time to make, especially if you chop everything ahead of time. You can make it a Dutch oven or crockpot depending on your schedule. (15 min prep, 15 min precook, the rest in oven or crockpot. In oven heat to 350 and cook for 2hrs checking tenderness and to keep from drying out, add broth as needed)
